The First Date
The knocking at the door ceased and Lucy burst through the front door,
James: GREAT CREATOR. Oh okay it's just you, Lucy. What in the world are you yelling for?!
Lucy: You. Come with me. Now.
James: Um oka-
Before James could even finish his sentence Lucy was dragging him out of the house.
Lucy had taken him to Willow Creek park and when they got there the questions started flying,
James: OKAY. You didn't talk the entire time we walked here, you didn't even answer my questions with where we were going AND on top of that you had the angriest look on your face! What.is.going.on!?
Lucy: Come sit with me.
James: Okay can you please start talking to me now. Either something really bad happened at your house or I did something seriously wrong.
Lucy looked at him and took a deep breath before she started to speak.
Lucy: Okay. So the reason I brought you here is because I am seriously confused and it's frustrating me.
James: What are you confused about?
Lucy: YOU! You're like a math problem that I can't solve! And I can solve EVERY math problem! Do you understand how frustrating that is?!
James: What do you mean? Now I'm so confused.
Lucy: Ever since we were little you were always the one that I knew I could call if I needed someone to talk too, of course I had Sunny but she would always try and just make me feel better. YOU told me if I did something wrong, YOU told me if I was just being a big baby. Then all the sudden I turned into a teenager, just like you, and you started treating me different.
James: I never tried to treat you different, you just...you looked different and it made me nervous.
Lucy: But I just got older! That's it! Then you started to act like you liked me then you were just hot and cold, hot and cold, and it was KILLING me.
James: What are you trying to say?
Lucy: GOOD CREATOR JAMES I'M TRYING TO TELL YOU I LIKE YOU.
James couldn't help but smirk, he knew what she was getting at but he just wanted to hear her say it. He started to tickle her just to make her a little more frustrated,
James: Oh so you like me, huh?
Lucy: James, omygosh stop! You know I'm super ticklish!
By the time James had finished tickling her their faces had become very close, so close that James could smell the peppermint on her breath,
James: Hey Lucy....come with me.
Lucy: Why'd we have to come and stand by the fountain?
James: Because I wanted this moment to be special.
Lucy: What are you-
Before Lucy could finish her sentence James had leaned in and gave her the sweetest kiss ever.
After the tender moment they had James took Lucy's hands in his own and started his speech now,
James: Now it's time for me to talk.
So taken aback by what he had just done all Lucy could do was just nod her head yes.
James: Ever since I saw you as a child I loved you. Your glasses were to big for your face and you were always nervous. You got the most concentrated look on your face when you played your violin. Every little quirk about you intrigued me ever since I was a child. Don't even get me started on how cute all the things you reposted on my Simbook page. What I'm trying to get at is I've loved you for a very long time and I just never knew how to tell you. I loved you before I even knew I did.
Lucy: James I-
James: Wait. Before you say anything. Lucy will you be my girlfriend?
Lucy: ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW?!
James: As a heart attack!
Lucy: YES. Of course I will be!
James: Now let's shove it in everyone's faces how cute we are as a couple!
Lucy: Ohhhh this picture is totally going on my Simstagram!!
The rest of the night was spent with just Lucy and James spending some good quality time together as a new couple.
-Back at home-
Camilo: Ummm girls? Have you seen James?
