With their parents passed away Sunny and James received a large sum of money. And by large, I mean around §80,000 large. With this amount of money Sunny called some contractors and gave them a large deal. She felt like if they were a legacy family, they should live like one. She told them to build the biggest house possible within their budget. Unfortunately, Sunny underestimated how much it would cost and had to cut back on the costs of furnishing the house. Yet with three people working she knew they would come up with enough money to finish furnishing the house. - First Level - - Unfinished Second Level - Sunny had been focusing on herself a lot recently. She had focused on her work, and also staying in shape. She wasn't sure why she worked out so much, her grief therapist said that it was her way of coping with the loss of her parents. Every time she went to the gym though there was this guy that always strutted in like he was hot mess, and he always glanced over at her while she was running on the treadmill. At first she tried to ignore him, it wasn't like he was running on the treadmill beside her. He was to busy boxing in the other room to ever come over and talk to her. Today was a different story though. While she was struggling on the treadmill the guy came up and stood right beside her and didn't say a word. Sunny: Um...Hi? Guy: Hey there, You come to the gym everyday? Sunny: Uh yea I do, I don't have any workout equipment at home except my yoga mat. Guy: Oh really, you do yoga huh? Is that as relaxing as they say it is? Sunny: Well kinda, I'm not that good at it yet so sometimes when I stretch a wrong way it hurts reaaal bad. Guy: Well I could always teach you how to box if you want, if I do say so myself I'm pretty good at it. Plus it would always be nice to teach an attractive lady how to kick butt. Sunny couldn't help smiling but smile to herself, this guy always walked around like he was hot mess but he was actually just a really good charmer. Guy: By the way I never got your name. Sunny: My name's Sunny Belle. Angelo: That name fits you, especially when you smile. My name is Angelo Diamond by the way. I just moved here from Starlight Shores. Sunny: Wow, Starlight Shores? Are you like a celebrity or something? Angelo: Nah, my dad was though. He was apart of the Sunset Valley Llamas who won the Simbowl back in the day. Sunny: Really? That is so freakin cool! Angelo: Yea ever since then I've been playing a bunch of different sports to try and get on his level. Sunny: That's a very cool goal! Oh plum! It's almost time for my shift at work! I have to get going, sorry! Angelo: I guess I'll see you tomorrow sunshine! While Sunny hurried out of the gym she smiled to herself, she was very interested in this Angelo character. She hoped he would be at the gym tomorrow so they could maybe hang out somewhere afterwards. James had just gotten home from work, he had a gig today at a kids party and he wasn't very happy with the results. The kids thought it would be funny to put cake in his guitar and it messed with the acoustics so he wasn't happy when he got home and he kinda took it out on Sunny. James: What the plum are you doing tending the garden in heels and a pencil skirt?! Sunny: Um okay. Wow. Language please, and because I'm in charge of these beauties now. Bad day at work? James: *sigh* Yea...I really hope I get a promotion soon, I hate playing at these kid parties. It's not that I don't like kids, I just don't like THOSE kids. It's like their parents didn't teach them any manners! Sunny: Well we know who is going to be a strict parent now. James: Haha. You're sooo funny. James had went up to his and Lucys room to take a nap and sleep off the days stress. Meanwhile downstairs Sunny and Lucy were having some girl talk. Sunny: So I met this guy at the gym today! Lucy: For real?! What's his name? Are you gonna marry him? Are you gonna have a bunch of little babies?! Sunny: Woah, chill out Lucy! I just actually talked to him today, instead of awkwardly peering at him through the glass at the gym! Lucy: Awww that's so cute! What's his name? Sunny: His name is Angelo Diamond and he loves to box. Lucy: Wait Angelo Diamond? As in Brett Diamonds son?! Sunny: Yea you know of the family? Lucy: Uh who doesn't?! His dad was the sole reason the Sunset Valley Llamas won the Simbowl! I can't believe he's living here now! Sunny: Wow I didn't know he was that well known...but yea he is, he moved here from Starlight Shores. The rest of the day Lucy wouldn't stop talking about all kinds of sports and a bunch of stuff about the Diamond family, who knew she was such a sport junkie. The entire time the only thing Sunny was thinking about though was the ridiculous and charming smile the Angelo had given her right before she left the gym. Since Sunny had the aspiration to become a Master Mixologist she decided it was time to get that started. She learned she was quite good at it, but she always had a weak spot for tasting new drinks. Most of the time she would have two, one in each hand. Sunny: Are you doing better this morning, bro? James: Yea sorry about yesterday, umm and why are you juicing so early in the morning? Sunny: Not juicing, I'm taste testing my new recipes! James: Oh...okay? Sunny: My favorite one is this fizzy drink, it's light with not that much juice. The next day, just as promised, Sunny met Angelo at the gym. Sunny: Hey Angelo! Angelo: Well hey there sunshine! I see you made it just in time for me to start my afternoon workout. Sunny: Do you think you could teach me how to punch that thing? Angelo: Sure can do, but if I do you have to promise me I can take you out tonight. Sunny's face turned a shade of crimson and giggled nervously, Sunny: I suppose that would be okay. For the next hour or so Angelo gave her an intensive session in boxing, just because he said she was cute didn't mean he was going to go easy on her. Angelo had decided to take her down the street to a nearby bar, he had just moved to Newcrest but heard the Oasis Springs had a pretty nice bar. Sunny: Wow these lights are ridiculously purple. Angelo: Yea I was not expecting this kind of lighting, we can go somewhere else if you want? Sunny: No it's okay, I enjoy that you brought me here. I mean I like spending time with you outside the gym. Not that I don't like going to the gym though! Oh plum. Okay I'm going to be quiet now. Angelo laughed out loud, he couldn't help himself! Sunny was the cutest girl he had ever met and when she was flustered it was the cutest thing. Angelo: Oh sunshine you don't have to be quiet, I'm gonna go get us some drinks and then we'll talk about the woes of our life. The rest of the night they talked about their lives. Angelo talked about growing up in the celebrity shadow of his father, being followed around by paparazzi ever since he was a child. Sunny talked about what it was like to be apart of a legacy family. The funny thing was is that growing up in a celebrities shadow, and growing up in a legacy were very similar. Both of them were always in the newspapers and they both got treated by people differently. Soon though, they had to part ways, Angelo: I really like you sunshine, I'll see you later? Sunny: Most definitely. A couple days later the family gathered downstairs for a very important occasion, they were getting ready to release their parents spirits into the afterlife. Sunny: Mommy, Daddy, we're going to let you go live in peace now. You guys will be together forever okay? James: We'll miss you a lot but we know you want to move on now that you guys are together. I hope you will watch over us, wherever you go. Lucy: I'm sorry you guys didn't get to see your grandchildren or even get to see Sunny get married, but don't worry we'll take care of each other just fine. We'll miss you. It was a bittersweet moment for everyone, and after the ceremony was done everyone went their separate ways. Lucy had gone into the study to read up on something she had become very interested in, Lucy: So you burp a baby by putting them on your shoulder, huh that's weird. What?! You can breast feed?! My momma said that hurt like mess so she just bottle fed me. I really hope James says yes, I've been to nervous to ask him. But with knowledge behind me I know that I will be a good mother! They all had gotten a little bit more money and some promotions in the days after, and Sunny invested it into a yoga and meditation room. Somewhere where she could just go and get her mind off of things. The very same day that Sunny was renovating the room upstairs Lucy was trying to bring her case up to James about having a baby, Lucy: Soooo I wanted to ask you about something, I wanted to have a baby. Before you say anything I looked up a bunch of- James: Okay. Lucy: Huh? James: Okay. I've always wanted a big family so I have no problem saying yes, plus that means we get to have a little bit more fun if you know what I mean. Lucy: Good creator James! Well in that case let's go right now! Lucy: Ohhhh James is going to be so excited! But why am I so big? Good lord! Lucy: I'm pregnant! It worked on the first try! James: Omygod, Omygod I'm gonna be a daddy! Oh I hope it's twins! Lucy: Do NOT say that! I don't think I could handle two babies at once, plus a job! Sunny: Hey guys I heard yelling, what's up- Hoooly plum you are pregnant?! Oooooh someone was buuusyyy! Lucy: Oh god. James: SUNNY! Sunny: Sorry, sorry! Ruining the moment! Angelo is coming over soon so I'll leave you two alone to bask in the glory of a big baby belly. Sunny didn't want to admit that after she took her shower she had been pacing in front of the door for a while until she got there. When she heard the knock at the door she almost tripped over her heels. Angelo: Daaaang, this house is amazing! Sunny: Yea my mom built it from the ground up and we just recently renovated it to the extreme. Angelo: You must be loaded! Sunny: Not really, right now, we spent most of the money renovating this house. Angelo: No biggie, money isn't everything. Anyways what did you want me to come over for? Sunny: Oh come outside, I wanted to talk to you. Sunny: So the thing is, is that I kinda, really like you. Angelo: Well sunshine, you weren't very good at hiding it so I already knew. Sunny: Well do you like me? Omygod I sound like a child passing a note to someone they have a crush on in class. Angelo: Don't freak out cutie, of course I like you! Who wouldn't like a beautiful woman like yourself? Sunny: Well in that case, I'm going to kiss you now, okay? Angelo: I will never deny a woman like you a kiss. Sunny: I have to show you something now, and I don't want you to freak out. Angelo: Okay? Sunny led Angelo down the stairs and showed him the memorial for her parents, Sunny: These are my parents, and I want you to know if we go any farther with this we will rest down here with them too. This is a legacy and it means a lot to me, are you willing to keep seeing me? Angelo: I like you for you Sunny. Not that you're in a legacy, I'm in it for my sunshine. Sunny smiled with glee and threw her arms around Angelo's neck. Let's go to the pool to celebrate! After they had a fun filled day at the pool it was time for them to go their separate ways but Angelo had something up his sleeve. Angelo: So sunshine, I have a surprise for you soon. But I want it to be a surprise. Sunny: Oh I have a surprise for you too babe. Just you wait.
